Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (UK):

We offer standard delivery within 2–5 business days.

Express delivery (1–2 business days) is also available. Please note:

• If you place an order after 1pm on a Saturday and select express shipping, your parcel will be delivered on Tuesday, as Royal Mail does not operate on Sundays.

• The cutoff time for next-day delivery during weekdays is 1:00pm, which is the final collection time for our parcels.

International Shipping (Outside UK):
Shipping costs vary depending on destination and package weight.

Customs & Import Duties

Please note that all international orders may be subject to customs or import duties and taxes once they reach your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount, as customs policies vary widely from country to country.

By placing an international order with us, you agree to pay any applicable customs duties or taxes levied by your country. If you refuse to pay these charges and the parcel is returned to us, we may deduct any associated costs from your refund.
