Refund policy

No Cancellation:

We do not accept cancellation for an order once the order has been placed.

Refunds/Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders placed outside of the UK.

For UK orders, we offer a 14-day return and exchange period from the date your order is received.

If you would like to return an item or exchange it for a different size, please contact us at arakaistudio@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the size you wish to exchange for.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including the return of the item to our warehouse and the shipment of any replacement item.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Defective or Faulty Items:

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you must report the issue to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect or damage.

Upon receiving your return, we will fully inspect the item and notify you within a reasonable timeframe whether you are eligible for a replacement or a refund. If approved, we will either:

• Replace the item at no additional cost, or
• Issue a full refund via the original method of payment

To be eligible for a return due to a defect, the item must:

• Be in the same condition as received
• Be unworn and unused, with all tags attached
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Include a receipt or proof of purchase
