Refund policy

No Cancellation:

We do not accept cancellation for an order once the order has been placed.

Refunds/Exchanges:

We accept exchanges only for sizing issues.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us via email arakaistudio@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the size you'd like to exchange.
Please note:

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including the return to our warehouse and the shipment of the new item.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Defective or Faulty Items:

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you must report the issue to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect or damage.

Upon receiving your return, we will fully inspect the item and notify you within a reasonable timeframe whether you are eligible for a replacement or a refund. If approved, we will either:

• Replace the item at no additional cost, or

• Issue a full refund via the original method of payment

To be eligible for a return due to a defect, the item must:

• Be in the same condition as received

• Be unworn and unused, with all tags attached

• Be returned in its original packaging

• Include a receipt or proof of purchase
